AI Chat History Navigator — a browser extension that adds a history navigation panel to AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok).

Data Collection

This extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or browsing information. Specifically:

• No user data is sent to any external server.
• No analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind.
• No cookies or local storage used for tracking purposes.
• No account or sign-in required.

How the Extension Works

The extension operates entirely within your browser. It reads the visible chat messages on supported AI platforms solely to build the navigation panel UI. All processing happens locally on your device — nothing leaves your browser.

Permissions

The extension requests the following permissions:

• activeTab — to access the current tab's content on supported AI chat sites only.
• Host permissions — limited to supported AI chat platforms to inject the navigation panel.

Third-Party Services

This extension does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, or servers.

Data Storage

No user data is stored persistently. The navigation panel is generated in-memory from the current page content and is discarded when the tab is closed or navigated away.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
